This project included mechanical services necessary for the automation and mechanical retrofit. Specifically, this project included the replacement of HVAC. The item breakdown included the replacement of 2 x existing 50 ton Trane Chiller with a new High Efficiency water-cooled 75 ton chiller in parking garage, new exhaust and alarming for chiller room per ASHRAE 15 guidelines, piping connections from new chiller, re-use chilled water pumps, and vibration isolators for the chillers.
