Los Angeles, CA This 150,000 sf facility was performed in an occupied facility and required careful planning and execution to meet the occupant’s schedule. The project was focused on boiler system improvements and new LED lighting upgrades.
Riverside, CA Planned to blend into the natural landscape of the community, the library was the first LEED certified building constructed by the county of Riverside. This project is a model of sustainable site development, water savings, energy efficiency, sustainable materials usage, and indoor environmental quality.
Fontana, CA Courthouse consisted of a remodel of 9,600 sf on the first and second floors with an additional 19,000 sf expansion. It included new courtrooms and support areas, weapons screening area, public lobbies, and a jury assembly room. High-efficiency HVAC and lighting were central to the project.
Azusa, CA Consisting of mechanical, electrical, and structural services, the project was focused around HVAC replacement of the existing pneumatic system with new DDC controls.

Adelanto & McFarland, CA The prototype Correctional Facility was designed and site-adapted for three separate facilities, two of which are located in McFarland, California and one in Adelanto, California. They have the capacity to house over 568 male violators.
Walnut Creek, CA This project included HVAC replacements and power upgrades for the facility including various split system HVAC units, and air distribution. Additionally, ventilation for restrooms, plumbing fixture replacements power upgrades were included.
Menifee, CA This facility included a new city library, single story building, 16,000 sf and included mechanical and plumbing services for the new Menifee Library. This project was a LEED certified project. Project was designed in REVIT.
Temecula, CA This concerned the new city library, single story building, 25,000 sf and included mechanical and plumbing services. The project was a LEED certified project. Project was designed in REVIT.
Carlsbad, CA Fire Station No. 6 is a two-bay station located in the southeast portion of the City of Carlsbad. The uniqueness of the site is its location in the middle of a wildlife preserve, requiring that the station have a small footprint. The total project cost was $4 million.
Santa Maria, CA The facility was designed to allow multiple academies to train simultaneously for fire and police programs. The building is provided with a high efficiency central plant consisting of high efficiency variable primary chilled water system and high efficiency boilers and variable speed pumps. The facility is controlled by an optimized Energy Management system. The public safety complex now addresses the classroom and primary laboratory needs of the public safety program of the college which include; fire science, emergency medical technology, hazardous materials handling, and the fire and police academies for the college. The total project cost was $46 million.
San Jose, CA The Fire Station No. 2 is designed to accommodate six crew members with 3 bays. The facility consists of individual dormitories. Gathering spaces like day room, dining room, kitchen, and exercise room. Other program spaces include workshop, laundry room, turn-out storage, and various other mechanical and electrical rooms and support spaces. The area totaled to 20,000 sf and project cost was $6.5 million.
Hayward, CA The 13,000 square foot facility was commissioned to meet the Cal Green Code. Facility is a 13,000 sf new facility. The goal was also to meet a LEED equivalent project. The total project cost for this was $8 million.
Gilroy, CA This is a 2-bay, double deep substation which was designed as a prototype for future substations in this city. Generous use of sky lights for internal daylighting minimizes daily energy usage. Small neighborhood group meetings can be accommodated while maintaining separation from the department private areas. The total project cost was $3.2 million.
Fontana, CA Designed to the latest standards of the Fontana Fire Authority, this cutting edge facility serves to add additional Community Fire and Safety resources for the City of Fontana. The total project cost was $1.7 million.

Bonsall, CA Bonsall Fire Station No. 5 is a three-bay station located in the west portion of the City of Bonsall. This project included engineering services to provide high-efficiency HVAC units, plumbing, and fire protection. The total project cost was $6.5 million for an 8,831 sf area.
