Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District This project was comprised of HVAC Upgrades for the Gymnasium including addition of cooling/ heating systems. Project included providing new HVAC for existing gym and plumbing included providing condensate piping for new HVAC.

Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District This project consisted of a new Library with the associated scope being the library, reading room(s), and classroom(s), innovation labs, and office(s) and support areas. The total cost for this project was $25 million.
beverly hills high school | Science & Technology Center
Beverly Hills Unified School District This state-of-the-art facility is a new Science Center that connects the existing campus includes 18 math classrooms, 12 science labs, a 100 student fixed seat lecture hall, faculty work areas, and a multi-purpose Educational Development Center. The total project cost was $16 million.
lawrence e. jones middle school assessment
Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District The project primarily concerned the consulting engineering services necessary. It consisted of the assessment services of the existing permanent buildings at Lawrence Jones Middle School.
richard crane elementary school modernization
Cotati-Rohnert Park Unified School District This project included the modernization of the school which utilized both mechanical and plumbing engineering. The total project cost was $7 million.
cunha intermediate Commissioning
Cabrillo Unified School District This project was focused around the commissioning process as it was executed as required to meet the guidelines of commissioning. The total project cost was $11.3 million.
colton high school
Colton Joint Unified School District This was designed as a full comprehensive high school, grades 9-12, with a master planned enrollment capacity of 3000 students. The total cost for this project was $87 million.
perris high school
Perris Union High School District Heritage High School is a sprawling state of the art facility providing students a safe and secure learning environment. The total cost for this project was $80 million. The program consists of a community setting library, 500 seat performing arts center, gymnasium, arts and crafts complex, two story science labs and two story classrooms. The building incorporates high efficiency glazing, high insulated walls and cool roofs. The HVAC system consists of high efficiency unitary equipment fully equipped with economizers, high-efficiency fans and compressors.

Orange County Department of Education Located in the city of Santa Ana, this specialized school project was mostly focused on the cooling tower replacement with other services such as VAV retrofit and direct digital controls.

Newport Mesa Unified School District This project included new HVAC for for the Arts building. The scope entailed new related ductwork, new HVAC temperature controls, plumbing engineering and more.

Newport Mesa Unified School District The project focused on provision for new HVAC including cooling systems for administration and classrooms, library and misc. room such as teacher’s lounge.
waldorf school of orange county hvac
Newport Mesa Unified School District The project included mechanical, electrical, structural and architectural services necessary for the design and construction of school. It focused on providing (3) new split system AC Units for the office area.
pinole valley high school campus replacement
West Contra Costa Unified School District Project included the construction of five new buildings including theater, library, classrooms, gymnasium, and field house (250,000 SF approximately). This was a multi-phase project involving mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering.
castro valley high school hvac modernization
Castro Valley Unified School District This project consisted of the design solutions of 21 school sites which included elementary, middle, high schools, and magnet schools. Phase 1 of the project included site investigation, analysis, report identifying existing conditions, proposed recommendations, and rough order of magnitude costs estimates. Phase 2 of the project consisted of the design and permitting of projects as directed by the district.
suisun valley k-8 modernization
Fairfield-Suisun Unified School District This project included the new library which also encompassed reading and study rooms, innovation labs, staff lounge, and office(s) and support areas. The scope of work also included the modernization of an existing building with an approximate square footage of 4,700 SF.
esser district-wide hvac replacement
Anaheim Union High School District This project included two phases. Phase 1 included the replacement of both like-for-like HVAC equipment as identified for each campus for 17 school sites. Phase 2 was for system that were not like-for-like and did not meet the exclusions per IR-22 and had to be submitted to DSA. The project was comprised of reviewing inventory for 17 schools as well as preparing the bid documents and construction administration.

Placentia Yorba Linda Unified School District The project includes the addition of a new drive-in freezer and cooler to an existing warehouse. Scope of work is comprised of new RTU a/c for the warehouse area, new stand-alone HVAC controls and new refrigeration systems for freezer and cooler with remote condensers on the roof.
multi-site assessment & Campus modernization
Santa Cruz City School District The work performed for this project included detailed site evaluation, design, and construction support for Bayview Elementary, De Laveaga Elementary, and Soquel High School. A needs assessment report, proposed recommendations, and engineer’s estimates were developed for each site. After the assessment phase, construction documents were prepared and submitted to DSA for Approval. Following DSA approval, OED provided construction support. All three sites were designed and constructed concurrently.

West Contra Costa Unified School District The reconstruction of El Cerrito High School serves as the new educational environment for 1600 students. The administration, library, and community support programs are semi-public areas. The classrooms are the private and as such are recessed from the noise and distraction of the streets by a minimum distance set during master planning. The total project cost was $130 million.
los angeles usd byrd middle school modernization
Los Angeles Unified School District This project comprised of replacement of a 70,000 sf campus-wide HVAC systems in 63 classrooms, library and administrative areas. The project required phasing. The new construction project scope included, but was not limited to providing interim HVAC solution to be implemented while design and construction is ongoing, demolition documents as required, new, high- efficiency HVAC and plumbing and electrical power systems as required, modification to facility as was required to incorporate the new HVAC system, and providing commissioning support.

Newport Mesa Unified School District The modernization project includes the MEP design plans for the pool locker and for the restroom remodel of the Building J pool building. The existing HVAC was removed and new/altered HVAC systems were provided for this building.
lynwood usd various projects
The engineering work included various campuses which involved plumbing infrastructure improvements including sanitary waste systems replacement, domestic water system replacement, natural gas system replacement, water-saving plumbing fixture replacement and various Fire Alarm Projects for DSA Approval. Sites included: Mark Twain Elementary School, Lindbergh Elementary School, Will Rogers Elementary School, Hosler Middle School, and Wilson Elementary School

Murrieta Unified School District The school's eight buildings house 39 classrooms (including four Kindergarten classrooms and one computer lab), a library, a multipurpose room, a kitchen, a preschool, an after-school childcare, and administrative spaces. The total cost for this project was $22 million.

Trona Joint Unified School District The project is design-bid build. It included Plumbing Systems Design and Fire Pump and Fire Sprinkler Design. Mechanical, plumbing and fire protection engineering services were provided for this facility. Demolition of existing campus and new buildings A, B, C, D, E, and F were included in this scope.
