Los Angeles, CA This project included the MEP services. It was comprised of new mixed use building with 8 levels above ground and one level below ground.
San Jose, CA This project included the modernization of an approximately 5,500 sf of an existing café and restaurant on first floor of the Velodyne LiDAR facility. The HVAC scope included providing HVAC and hydronic systems as applicable. It included new HVAC for remodeled areas, ventilation systems, new air distribution as was required, and new temperature controls as was required.
Lake Forest, CA A 200,000 sf office building comprising of a full build out of offices, meeting rooms, R&D spaces. The facility is served by high-efficiency HVAC system with automatic temperature controls, ultra-low flow plumbing fixtures and high efficiency lighting. Air distribution systems were designed to be aesthetically pleasing helping create a sense of high end and high tech. atmosphere in this 200,000 sf area.
Santa Clara, CA This swanky, Levi Stadium-adjacent office is 73,000 sq. ft. of remodeled space with a new lobby, Executive Briefing Center, data center and multiple break out spaces. Efficiency is in excess of 30% above baseline. HVAC system is controlled by a high tech. DDC system. Plumbing fixtures are low fixtures for water conservation. Lighting is comprised of high efficiency fixtures with daylighting controls.
San Francisco, CA The scope of work for this project included the mechanical design of an office tenant improvement located at 500 Pine Street. The scope included the design and integration of VAV boxes across four floors (approx. 48,000 sf) at an existing building.
Pasadena, CA The scope of work for this project included the mechanical services necessary. the project was comprised of the replacement of the existing 8,000 CFM Multi-Zone Air Handler with new 8,000 CFM Air Handler. The scope included the replacement of the Air Handling Unit S-3 with new Air Handler to include a barometric damper in the ductwork.
Rolling Hills, CA This project included mechanical services necessary for the automation and mechanical retrofit. This project included the replacement of HVAC. The item breakdown included the replacement of 2 x existing 50 ton Trane Chiller with a new High Efficiency water-cooled 75 ton chiller in parking garage, new exhaust and alarming for chiller room per ASHRAE 15 guidelines, piping connections from new chiller, re-use chilled water pumps, and vibration isolators for the chillers.
Long Beach, CA This project included the main office air conditioning unit replacement. It included mechanical and structural engineering scopes.
San Clemente, CA The project consisted of an approximate 7,840 sf building area of tenant improvement. The HVAC scope included designing a complete system which included providing design for three (3) 6-ton rooftop packaged heat pump units, design for two (2) 3-ton rooftop packaged heat pump units, design for one (1) 2-ton rooftop packaged heat pump unit, design for one (1) 2-ton split system heat pump unit to serve Break Room 112, and design for duct and air distribution.

The plumbing scope included providing plumbing for plumbing fixtures and water and sewer connections to café equipment.
