Avalon/Catalina Island, CA The Descanso Resort and Beach Club project consisted of providing mechanical and plumbing services. This project encompassed the main kitchen, Descanso Fresh, the bakery, the banquet space, and the bar.
jonathan beach club & resort
Santa Monica, CA This project was done for this private social club in which mechanical and plumbing and services were provided. The scope included providing new a/c units, ventilation, and new unit heaters.
BANC HOTEL & OFFICE IRVINE
Irvine, CA This 11-story high-rise hotel also included mixed-use restaurants and retail area. This project included the pre-construction services for the mechanical, plumbing, and commissioning work. Among other engineering highlights, high-efficiency HVAC and ventilation were provided for this project. It was comprised of 457,096 sf + parking structure.
robertson lane
West Hollywood, CA Robertson Lane is a mixed-use new build 241-room Hotel and Retail with underground parking. The total project cost for this was $130 million. OED service as the Engineer-Of-Record for this.
westin bonaventure
Los Angeles, CA Located in Los Angeles, the Westin Bonaventure has 35 floors. The area for this project included the addition of three meeting rooms on the second floor. The scope of work encompassed dedicated WSHP units for each room and revising the HVAC air distribution.
beverly hills country club
Beverly Hills, CA This project concerned the 42,000-square-foot clubhouse in which a complete retrofit was performed. This project was a LEED Gold minimum. The HVAC scope included providing new high efficiency VAV RTU units for building, ventilation for toilets, custodial rooms, storage rooms etc., kitchen exhaust and make-up air as was required for hood, and building energy management system controls for HVAC system.

EL MONTE SENIOR APARTMENTS
El Monte, CA A mixed use senior housing facility, this four level housing facility consisting of 72 senior housing units, five retail spaces, a senior community room and interior garden courtyard, with ground level and subterranean garage parking. The facility is served by a combination domestic/space high-efficiency heating system with automatic temperature controls, ultra-low flow plumbing fixtures, high-efficiency water heaters, and high-efficiency lighting. The total project cost for this was $25 million.

OTAY RANCH SENIOR LIVING
Chula Vista, CA This project included the mechanical and plumbing services for the new 97,000 sf assisted living and memory care, Non-OSHPD. It included providing HVAC plans which consisted of air distribution, wall-mounted a/c units for rooms, central a/c for common areas, stand-alone temperature controls, ventilation for kitchen, and ventilation for toilets and breakroom, etc. among other items.
