He has over 30 years of experience in the engineering field, sustainability, energy management systems and commissioning. Projects include; K-12, higher education, laboratory, industrial, office buildings, mixed-use, healthcare, central plants, utility services. Mr. Banerjee's work also includes projects in Nevada and Arizona. Mr. Banerjee is certified in LEED AP, ACG CxA, and ACG EMP.

Mr. Wegenek is the senior managing mechanical engineer and has over 20 years’ experience in the mechanical (HVAC) engineering field, mechanical system design, energy engineering, sustainability, manufacturer’s engineering support, and energy management systems. Projects include; commercial, data centers, healthcare, higher education, laboratory, industrial, hospitality, K-12, central plants, utility services, and private sector.

Mr. Andres is the senior project manager and has over 30 years’ experience in Plumbing Systems Design. He is responsible for overseeing all Plumbing projects during design, coordination, scheduling, construction administration and quality control. Projects include; Higher Education, healthcare, laboratory, industrial, K-12, food service in both public and private sectors.

Over 25 years of mechanical experience specializing in design for institutions (K-12, prisons, mental health, and drug re-habilitation centers), critical facilities (laboratories and generator rooms), essential services (fire stations, emergency operation centers, and transportation), entertainment (performance arts and recreational facilities),  commercial buildings (offices, retail, infusion centers, and warehouses), residential housing, historic buildings, military and government projects for new and existing building modernizations. In addition, she has over 10 years of plumbing and fire sprinkler design.
