This project included providing a new HVAC including single zone packaged DX VAV units with heating furnace on ground to condition the warehouse which amounted to 123,086 sf. Also, this project included providing fabric duct (Duct Sox) for air distribution. Also included was air circulating fans for the central open areas to cut down on cooling requirements. Lastly, building envelope enhancements were recommended to minimize the cooling load.
