Located in the city of Azusa, this project concerned the Mechanical, Electrical, and Structural consulting engineering services necessary for the evaluation, design and construction. The project primarily concerned the replacement of the HVAC and replacement of the existing pneumatic system with new DDC controls, and providing necessary electrical and structural engineering for HVAC replacement. The assessment phase for the project included preparing load calculations to validate equipment sizing, providing a narrative on remedial work options with report, and providing ROM cost for remedial options. The HVAC included designing a complete system that complied with the requirements of the latest California Mechanical Code for the scope. Project was successful with no change-orders and was completed on time with immediate results for occupant comfort.
