Provided MEP Engineering and Commissioning Services for the project. This project included the renovation of the existing training facility (approximately 28,300 square feet) and 50,000 square feet expansion at the Ontario, CA facility. The included converting existing main entry into a ten (10) workstation open office area and remodel existing office space to create (2) Classrooms, (1) Prep room and (1) Step room, and new lighting throughout the renovated areas of the existing facility. Additionally, the project included new building expansion to include six (6) technical training units, two (2) body repair training units, one (1) paint training unit, new main entrance and lobby, and ancillary spaces. Finally, the project also included: lighting design for general illumination and task lighting, power distribution equipment to serve general use receptacles, specialty receptacles, and automotive service and repair equipment, signal plan indicating the location of security and voice/data outlets with conduit stub-ups into ceiling spaces, wire/cable for voice/data system only, site improvements including parking lot and building approach/entry lighting, solar carport to cover thirty-two (32) parking spaces, and tenant improvement design shall be in compliance with the City of Ontario requirements.
