For this project located in Half Moon Bay, California, OED executed the commissioning process as the commissioning agent (CxA) as was required to meet the guidelines of CEC 2013 commissioning. The systems that were commissioned included HVAC systems, Building Temperature Control/Automation Systems, Domestic Hot Water System, Lighting Control System, and Irrigation Control System. The equipment that was commissioned included HVAC systems (split system cooling/heating systems, heat/ventilating units, and exhaust fans), domestic water boilers/heaters and domestic hot water pumps, lighting and daylighting controls, and building temperature/automation systems.
