The Fontana Courthouse project consists of the remodel of 9,600 sq. ft. on the first and second floors of the courthouse as well as an addition of 18,000 sq. ft. expansion. The addition and remodel has three new courtrooms and associated support areas, new weapons screening area, new public lobbies, and a new jury assembly room that has the potential of being converted to a courtroom. The HVAC consists of high-efficiency rooftop units with economizers. Lighting is high efficiency fixtures with controls and a central EMS system.
