For this project located in Hayward, OED performed the engineering and the commissioning services process as the commissioning agent (CxA) as required to meet the guidelines of Cal Green Code –California Green Building Standards Code, CCR, Title-24, Part 11. Facility is a 13,000 sf new facility. The goal was also to meet a LEED equivalent project.
