The project was primarily concerned with the mechanical and plumbing services. The 1st floor retail area is 13,750 square feet with a storage room on the 2nd floor. The mechanical scope consisted of determining adequacy of existing HVAC. The plumbing scope consisted of modifying plumbing utilities in tenant space in order to meet tenants’ requirements. This scope included the removal and capping of utilities in tenant space and the modification of pipe routing as required.
