Hortonworks recently moved into their brand new office space in Santa Clara from Palo Alto. Their swanky, Levi Stadium-adjacent office is 73,000 sq. ft. of remodeled space with a new lobby, Executive Briefing Center, data center and multiple break out spaces. Efficiency is in excess of 30% above baseline. HVAC system is controlled by a high tech. DDC system. Plumbing fixtures are low fixtures for water conservation. Lighting is comprised of high efficiency fixtures with daylighting controls.
