For this project located in Laguna Beach, the work included assessments for HVAC and plumbing requirements for the project facility were provided. The scope included performing one site visit in order to assess HVAC and plumbing for the building. Assessment report was provided, detailing existing conditions and recommendations. Additionally, reviewing cost estimate as necessary and response to client comments were also included in the project.
