This project was primarily concerned with the consulting engineering services necessary. This included shell and tenant improvement for shipping container restaurant. The mechanical scope included providing new HVAC where indicated, ventilation for toilets etc. as were required, grease ventilation design, HVAC equipment sizing and selection, HVAC zoning and distribution, ventilation systems and duct design, new temperature controls, and providing Title-24 calculations. The plumbing scope included providing plumbing for toilets, sinks, breakrooms, and janitor rooms as was required. The scope also included providing new roof drain piping as required, gas piping and condensate for HVAC equipment as required, plumbing for kitchen, and grease interceptor design and sizing. The electric scope included contract drawing to include new electrical power distribution for receptacles, lighting, Title-24 lighting calculations, and providing electrical specifications including material and installation requirements.
