This project located in Los Angeles, was concerned with the Building Automation System/Controls, Control Valves, and replacing all VAV boxes with reheat coils, piping insulation upgrades and LED lighting upgrades for all common areas and corridors and lobbies. It was performed in an occupied facility and required careful planning and execution to meet the occupant’s schedule. Tasks included site assessments, recommendations, and ROM cost estimates for various options construction documents for plan check approval, bid, and Construction administration services to completion of construction.
