This project is located in Walnut, California, and included the schematic design consists of a 925 seat NCAA competition court, lobby, ticketing, concessions, and hospitality areas. Proposed HVAC mechanical design for the project included high efficiency four-pipe chilled and hot water air handlers, the chilled and hot water piping systems have variable speed pumps. A central DDC control system is proposed to tie into the campus central monitoring system.
