This project included the mechanical and plumbing services for the new 97,000 sf assisted living and memory care, Non-OSHPD. The mechanical scope included providing HVAC plans which consisted of air distribution, wall-mounted a/c units for rooms, central a/c for common areas, stand-alone temperature controls, ventilation for kitchen, and ventilation for toilets and breakroom, etc. The scope also included Title-24 calculations. The plumbing scope included plumbing for toilet rooms, breakroom sink, kitchen, roof drains, providing condensate and/ or gas piping for new HVAC units, and Site gas piping as was required.
