The project consisted of the preparation of construction documents for the Our Lady of La Vang Catholic Church Capital project. The total square footage was approximately 50,000 sf. The scope included Church to seat 1,200, Cry Room and attached Chapel to seat 200 Parish, Plan check for the Capital Project’s building permits, Bidding the work with general contractors, and Construction administration, furniture fixtures and equipment, parish move in (from the former convent) through project closeout.
