New, state-of-the-art performing arts center located in the heart of the campus. Project is designed to LEED standards. Mechanical design involved high-efficiency HVAC systems with optimized energy savings measures that met all of the stringent acoustical requirements. The facility was provided with a complete energy management system connected to the campus central monitoring station.
