This project included a 250,000 sf distribution facility for lighting products. The facility was comprised of a 26,000 sf assembly room, a 2,600 sf break room, and a 3,500 sf training room in existing building. Also included was new HVAC and ventilation as well as new lighting for facility. Project included high efficiency HVAC lighting systems for energy savings.
