Robertson Lane is a mixed-use new build Hotel and Retail with underground parking. The 577,180 sq. ft. project features a Hotel, Gym, Ballroom, Restaurant, Retail and Design Showroom. The proposal assumes the project is considered two (2) Primary buildings that will have the Hotel as a LEED GOLD certification and one (1) building permit. The project retains one (1) existing historical building (‘THE FACTORY’ - 652 N La Peer Dr, West Hollywood, CA 90069) to be de-constructed, re-furbished and re-constructed on site in a new location (‘THE FACTORY’ To meet Cal Green requirements). Robertson Lane or RL includes four (4) levels of underground parking situated underneath nine (9) levels of hotel and mixed-use retail developments with a dynamic outdoor path connecting the site to neighboring developments. Additionally, RL includes walkways, stairwells, ramps, handrails, and partial-height walls. The project proposes one (1) roof level pool with a roof level restaurant. Other significant spaces to note are the Hotel Ballrooms, Hotel Restaurants and Hotel Retail spaces. A Landscaping Plan has been designed to include the following key areas: Sidewalks, Dynamic Outdoor Path, Hotel Interior Spaces & Green Roof Areas.
