The project is located in San Leandro, and it included mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, which consisted of HVAC replacement, structural reinforcement, and power upgrades. The replacement multiple packaged gas/electric rooftop units with new high efficiency units. The scope included controls, air distribution modifications, modifications to gas service, local structural reinforcement and other miscellaneous power and controls upgrades.
