This project is located in Santa Ana and included new maintenance and operations facility on campus. The project involved facilities to accommodate plant operations offices, shops for electrical, plumbing and HVAC personnel. Also included in this project were wood shops, welding areas, and a vehicle repair yard. The project was designed to meet LEED certification.
