This project included providing the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design and plans with T-24 for design build project on third and second floor of Santa Monica City Hall building. The mechanical scope included providing new HVAC plans to include new HVAC units for. The plumbing scope included condensate drainage for new HVAC, Electrical included power and fire-life safety smoke shut-down for HVAC. Project was successful with no change-orders and was completed on time with immediate results for occupant comfort.
