The project consisted of 2 phases. First phase was the Seabridge development, a 4-story Type-V, townhouse buildings over parking garage. Residential 156,962 sf, Garage 45,736 sf. Project was designed to meet 10% over title-24 to meet incentives. The second phase was the Marluna component that was similar in size.
