This project included a new stand-alone 2,620 sf building on campus for the center located in Riverside. The HVAC scope included HVAC systems which included providing heating and ventilation for spaces, ventilation for toilets and kitchen, stand-alone controls for HVAC system, and title-24 calculations. The plumbing scope included domestic cold and hot water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drain and natural gas piping systems which included extending the sewer and water from building to stub-outs on site, and providing plumbing for toilet rooms, plumbing for break room, exterior hose bibs as was required, extending gas from designated stub-out location on site to building, and providing gas for radiant heaters.
