Project included new Rooftop package A/C units for new building, Dedicated split system A/C units for conference rooms, etc. Dedicated Class 100,000 Clean Room System. ventilation systems, including general and process ventilation, lab hood exhaust system, welding hood exhaust system, New Air distribution, Zone VAV zone control, Energy Management System (EMS) controls, Dedicated cooling for AV and Data Rooms, Acoustical measures, ventilation for restrooms, new restrooms including new showers, designed plumbing system to accommodate utility sinks and floor sinks in Pump Assembly rooms, Clean Rooms, 3D Printing rooms, Machine Rooms, and Avionics areas, De-Ionized water distribution piping, Compressed Air distribution piping to all outlets and equipment, Industrial Water distribution piping, site power utilities modifications to facility, lighting plan for improvements, power and conduit Infrastructure for low voltage systems for security, 120V power for control system, power for data and communication systems, and power for equipment and power outlets.
