Engineering Lab building on campus includes ISO-5 clean rooms for research. Designed to LEED standards, mechanical design involved high-efficiency HVAC systems with optimized energy savings measures that met all of the stringent acoustical requirements. The facility was provided with a complete energy management system connected to the campus central monitoring station.
